General Info

Why do most of your items say "coming soon"?

To keep my workload to a reasonable time, I have implemented being open once a week with Ready to Ship items you can find here every Thursday night promptly at 9pm eastern. I often do pre-order sales on top sellers, please join my Facebook fanpage to stay up to date with most recent news!

Do you take custom orders?

Sorry at the moment I am not accepting custom orders. With the high demand on my shop I try to get the most items ready to ship each Thursday and with pre-orders.

Care Instructions

Please handwash your new goodies in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Never wring out your item as this also will be hard on the fibers. No refunds will be given for improper care of your props.

Being a newborn shop most of my items are just that, made for newborns under 2 weeks of age and with the average 14in head size. Most of my hats have a lot of stretch!

Shipping Method

I ship all my items 1st class mail which usually takes 2-5 days domestic and up to two weeks international. If you are wanting faster shipping please convo me after purchasing and I can set you up a custom listing for the price difference. Sweet Love Creates cannot be held responsible if your package gets lost during transit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and/or VAT charges.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, however I will give a store credit if you decide you no longer want an item. After an item is purchased in my shop I order my supplies online. I will however correct any mistakes on my part if need be. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Sweet Love Creates cannot be held responsible for any mishap that could occur after an item has been purchased. Please NEVER leave a newborn unattended in one of these photography props. They are props and should be treated that way, some have elaborate designs.
